1. Guidelines For Use. Gingold Law PLLC grants you a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive license to access the SITE and information available on and through it, and to download materials available on the SITE, but solely for personal, noncommercial use. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password from compromise, release or discovery by any unauthorized person. If your password has been compromised, you must change it immediately on the SITE. You will be able to download and use certain forms and other documents/publications made available by Gingold Law, LLC on this SITE. You may not modify, nor allow or cause any third party to modify in any way these forms, documents or publications. You agree that, in the event of a discrepancy between any electronic text and hard copy text contained in a form, document or publication, the hard copy text then-currently on file with Gingold Law LLC shall control and prevail.

6. Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the day that you agree to these terms and shall continue until terminated by either of us upon notice, which may be given by e-mail at any time. Sections 2 through 8 shall survive any termination or expiration of this agreement. If you violate or breach any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or use this SITE in any manner that Gingold Law PLLC deems inappropriate, Gingold Law PLLC may, at its sole option and discretion, immediately suspend or terminate your access to and use of the SITE without notice. All of the restrictions on use of our information shall continue to apply to information downloaded from the SITE until you destroy all copies of that information.
7. Intellectual Property. The SITE is the property of Gingold Law PLLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Gingold Law PLLC retains all title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the SITE. 8. Miscellaneous.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Washington, without giving effect to principles and provisions thereof relating to conflict or choice of laws irrespective of the fact that any one of the parties is now or may become a resident of a different state. Venue for any action under this Agreement shall lie only in King County, Washington. The parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction over them by the courts within King County, Washington. The parties waive all objection and challenge to such venue and personal jurisdiction.
- Modification: Gingold Law PLLC reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the SITE. For your information, the date of the last update to these Terms of Use is listed at the top of this page.
- Compliance with Laws: You will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with your participation in our programs and use of our SITE and will not engage in any act that has an adverse impact on the performance or availability of our programs or our SITE.
- No Insurance Contract. The use of this SITE and your submission of information or your response to any questions on the SITE does not create a contract of insurance or obligate or commit Gingold Law PLLC or any of the insurers with which it does business to bind or offer a contract of insurance to you, or to a broker, agent or employer.

Failure by either of us to insist on the strict performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement in one or more cases shall not be considered a waiver or relinquishment for the future of any such term or condition or of any other term or condition.
- Remedies for Violations: Gingold Law PLLC reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms of Use, including but not limited to the right to block access from a particular internet address to the SITE and its features.
